This document clarifies the design requirements for the configuration, selection and installation of online monitoring devices for electrical equipment in thermal power plants, and stipulates generators, transformers, reactors, circuit breakers (including GIS), capacitive electrical equipment, switch cabinets, cables, Design selection and key points of commonly used online monitoring devices such as electric motors and online monitoring information management systems. This document is applicable to the design of online monitoring of electrical equipment in thermal power plants, and other types of power plants and substations can be implemented as a reference.
