Scope
The sample serves as the cathode for glow discharge, and its surface atoms are sputtered and separated from the sample into the glow discharge plasma. After being ionized in the plasma, they are introduced into the mass spectrometer. At the mass number of each element isotope, the corresponding spectrum peak is integrated with the preset number of scanning points and integration time, and the resulting area is the spectrum peak intensity. When performing semi-quantitative analysis, the computer automatically calculates the mass content of each element based on the "Typical Relative Sensitivity Factor" in the instrument software; when performing quantitative analysis, it is necessary to use the same analysis conditions, ion source structure and test conditions as the sample being tested. The relative sensitivity factor was obtained by independently measuring the standard sample. The relative sensitivity factor was used to calculate the mass content of each element. The mass fraction of gold was determined by the impurity reduction method.
