Scope

This document specifies the operating method for real-time fluorescence RT-PCR detection of feline coronavirus. This document is applicable to the rapid detection of feline coronavirus nucleic acid in clinically suspected feline coronavirus infection in ascites, anal swabs, feces, blood, and serum.
