This document stipulates the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, quality certificate, transportation and storage and quality commitment of copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel for food contact. This document applies to stainless steel cold-rolled steel plates and strips and hot-rolled steel plates and strips with antibacterial functions for food contact (hereinafter collectively referred to as steel plates and strips).
