This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates, order orders (or contracts, etc.) for food contact silverware. This document applies to all types of food contact silverware. This document does not apply to electrical silverware. Note: Electrical silverware refers to electrical appliances that are combined with electric heating elements and silverware, such as kettles, electric pots, etc.
