This document follows the quality management principles set out in GB/T19000-2016 and adopts a process approach that combines the POCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle with risk-based thinking. Provide guidelines for establishing quality management systems for entry-exit biosafety disinfection service agencies and provide a basis for evaluating quality management levels. It is divided into 10 parts including scope, normative reference documents, terms and definitions, institutional environment, leadership role, planning, support, disinfection service implementation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
