T/GZTPA 0002-2019 Announcement on the release of T/GZTPA 0002-2019 "Determination of Chlorpyrifos Residues in Vegetables and Fruits by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay" (English Version)
The indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) method is used to coat the microwell strip with conjugated antigen. The residual chlorpyrifos in the sample competes with the conjugated antigen on the enzyme plate for the chlorpyrifos antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled antibody, the results show that The color reagent develops color and the stop solution terminates the reaction. Use a microplate reader to measure the absorbance at 450nm. The absorbance value is negatively correlated with the residual amount of chlorpyrifos. Compare it with the standard curve and multiply it by the corresponding dilution factor to get the residual content of chlorpyrifos.
