Scope

This document stipulates the technical requirements for the control of mycotoxin contamination in the raw materials, processing, storage, transportation, inspection, recording and other production links of cereal supplementary foods for infants and young children. This document applies to aflatoxin B1 (AFTB1), aflatoxin M1 (AFTM1), deoxynivalenol (DON), ochratoxin A (OTA), and zearalen in the production of cereal supplementary foods for infants and young children.
