This document stipulates the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use and packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum and aluminum alloy non-stick pans suitable for induction cookers. This document applies to pans and pans made of aluminum and aluminum alloys as base materials, with non-stick coatings on the food contact surface, and used on household induction cookers (induction cooktops). This document does not apply to pressure cookers and baking utensils.
