Scope: The "Safety Standards for Fireworks and Firecrackers Engineering Design" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB50161-2022, which will come into force on December 1, 2022. Among them, Sections 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.3.2, 4.3.3, 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.2.4, 5.2.5, 5.2.6 , 5.2.7, 5.2.8, 5.2.9, 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.3.4, 5.3.5, 5.3.6, 5.4.2, 6.0.7, 6.0.8, 6.0.10, 8.3 .6, 8.4.1, 11.2.3, 12.2.8, 12.6.2, 12.6.3 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original national standard "Safety Code for Engineering Design of Fireworks and Firecrackers" (GB50161-2009) will be abolished at the same time.
