Scope

This standard specifies the discharge limits, monitoring and supervision management requirements of synthetic resin industrial enterprises and their production facilities (including synthetic resin processing and waste synthetic resin recycling and reprocessing enterprises and their production facilities). This standard is applicable to the discharge management of water pollutants and air pollutants of existing synthetic resin industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, environmental protection acceptance of completed projects and water pollution after they are put into production.
