HJ 948.1-2018 Technical Guidelines for Self-monitoring of Pollutant Discharging Units Chemical Fertilizer Industry-Nitrogen Fertilizer (English Version)
This standard puts forward the general requirements for self-monitoring of nitrogen fertilizer industry pollutant discharge units, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of water and gas pollutants, noise and surrounding environmental quality impacts emitted by nitrogen fertilizer industrial pollutant discharge units during the production and operation stage. The self-monitoring requirements for self-prepared thermal power generating units (factories) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ820.
