Scope
Fujian Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor is made within the administrative area of Fujian Province, using high-quality sorghum, wheat, and water as raw materials, using high-temperature Daqu as the saccharification fermentation agent, and undergoing traditional solid-state fermentation in pits and retort barrel distillation, divided into rounds. During storage, no alcohol or aroma, flavor or color substances produced by self-fermentation are added directly or indirectly. The wine is blended with wine according to the wine body design. After blending, the liquor has multiple rounds of comprehensive Daqu sauce-style liquor.
