Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling and identification, packaging, storage and transportation of dry rice noodles. This standard applies to rice flour dry products processed with rice (or broken rice) as the main raw material (the content of rice and broken rice is not less than 70%), with or without the addition of other raw materials.
