This document specifies the terms and definitions, product specifications and structure, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, safety signs, packaging, transportation and storage of non-vehicle conductive public smart chargers (hereinafter referred to as chargers) ,quality promise. This document applies to floor-standing chargers that are open to the general public and use the operator's payment method for conductive charging. The maximum rated voltage of the power supply is 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC.
