- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general provisions, lightning protection device testing, testing instruments and methods, testing operation requirements and testing technical reports for urban subway traffic lightning protection devices. This standard applies to the completion inspection of new subway lines and the regular inspection of existing lines. The detection of lightning protection devices for other forms of urban rail transit, such as light rail, monorail, tram, maglev, automatic guide, urban rapid rail and other systems, can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to subway vehicles stopped or running on the main line and the entry and exit link track.
