Computational requirements. This document is applicable to the flood control assessment of river-related construction projects within the scope of river management. Flood impact assessments such as the demonstration of water project construction planning consent, the flood impact assessment of non-flood control construction projects, and the analysis and assessment of the impact of construction projects on hydrological monitoring can be implemented as a reference.
