Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for the battery energy storage system on the side of the thermal power unit to assist AGC frequency modulation, equipment technical conditions, battery energy storage access preparation, battery energy storage access debugging, dispatch management and accident handling. This document applies to thermal power units equipped with battery energy storage auxiliary frequency regulation systems and participating in AGC frequency regulation of the power grid.
