Scope: 5.1.1 The device should work reliably according to the set procedures within the design process parameters, and the various wire connections must be firm and not loose. 5.1.2 When the device has multiple electromagnetic heaters, the heating temperature of each electromagnetic heater can meet the production process temperature requirements. 5.1.3 The allowable deviation between the heating temperature set by each electromagnetic heater of the device and the actual temperature after stabilization should be ±2°C. 5.1.4 The device should have a soft start function to achieve no impact or arc during the entire starting process. 5.1.5 When the device has multiple electromagnetic heaters, there should be no electromagnetic interference between the electromagnetic heaters that would cause abnormal situations such as a sudden increase in operating current or heating temperature. 5.1.6 The specific energy consumption of the device should not be greater than 0.04kW·h/kg. 5.1.7 The high temperature resistance limit of the induction coil and connecting wire should not be less than 500℃. 5.1.8 The high temperature resistance limit of the materials used for the heat insulation layer of the electromagnetic heater should not be less than 800°C.
