This document stipulates the energy consumption limit level and requirements, statistical scope and calculation method for the production energy consumption limit of flake graphite and microcrystalline graphite enterprises. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of production energy consumption of flake graphite production units whose products comply with GB/T3518 and fine graphite production units whose products comply with GB/T3519, as well as the control of energy consumption of new (renovation, expansion) projects. . This document does not apply to high purity graphite products.
