Scope

This regulation stipulates the techniques for seed harvesting and preparation, nursery site selection and soil preparation, seed treatment, sowing, seedling management, nursery emergence, etc. in the sowing and nursery of Xianbei flower (Sibiraea laevigata.). This procedure is applicable to sowing and raising seedlings of Xianbei flowers in eastern Qinghai.
