This standard specifies the arbitration proposals, arbitration acceptances, arbitration institutions, arbitration samples, and arbitration procedures that occur in the international and domestic trade of copper concentrates, lead concentrates, zinc concentrates, tin concentrates and other heavy metal concentrates (hereinafter referred to as: heavy metal concentrates). Standards for identification and processing such as application of arbitration results, payment of arbitration fees, arbitration agreement, power of attorney for arbitration, supplementary provisions, etc. This standard applies to the arbitration process for objections to the test results of pricing elements and impurity elements that occur when heavy metal concentrates have actually been traded. This standard does not apply to dispute arbitration over moisture errors that occur when heavy metal concentrates have actually been traded.
