Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, acceptance methods, acceptance procedures and organizational principles for distributed electric vehicle charging piles (groups). This standard applies to charging piles (groups) that are distributed in above-ground or underground parking lots, roadside parking lots, etc. in residential areas, shopping malls, parks and other large public activity venues to provide charging services for electric vehicles. This standard does not apply to electric vehicles with more than seven seats.
