- This part of GB/T 7095 specifies the requirements for Class 200 double-coated enameled copper flat winding wire. The inner coating is based on polyester or polyesterimide resin, which can be modified if it retains the chemical properties of the original resin and meets all the requirements specified for enameled wires. The outer coating is based on polyamideimide resin. Note: Modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its certain performance or usage characteristics. Class 200 represents a thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 200 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 200°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended temperature for enameled wire because it depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. factor. The nominal size range of conductors applicable to this section is: ——wide side size: minimum 2.00 mm, maximum 16.00 mm; ——narrow side size: minimum 0.80 mm, maximum 5.60 mm. This section covers enamelled copper flat wires of Class 1 and Class 2 paint film thicknesses and is applicable to the full range of conductor specifications. The combination of wide side dimensions and narrow side dimensions and the width/narrow ratio are specified in GB/T 7095.1-2008.
