- This document stipulates the safety production requirements for the main process links in the production of silicone monomers, such as silicon powder processing, methyl chloride synthesis, monomer synthesis, monomer separation, dimethyldichlorosilane hydrolysis, hydrolyzate cracking, and by-product conversion. This document is applicable to hazardous chemical companies that build, expand and renovate silicone monomer devices. Existing methyl chlorosilane monomers, as well as special monomers such as phenyl chlorosilane, functional silanes and silicone downstream enterprises can refer to the implementation.
