This method adopts the principle of chemiluminescence competition method. The benzo[а]pyrene in the sample was extracted with n-hexane, purified with a molecular imprinting column, concentrated to near dryness, and dissolved in methanol. The sample solution competed with the antigen marker in the kit to bind to the benzo[а] linked to the magnetic particle carrier. ]pyrene-specific antibody or the antigen connected to the magnetic particle carrier in the kit competes to bind to the benzo[а]pyrene-specific antibody marker to form an antigen-antibody complex. After magnetic separation and cleaning, the corresponding relative light unit value (RLU) was measured with a fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzer. The benzo[а]pyrene content in the sample is inversely proportional to the RLU value.
