Scope

This document specifies the quality and competence requirements for medical laboratories in the field of general urine testing. This document is applicable to medical laboratories that carry out urine formed component analysis, urine dry chemical analysis and other qualitative detection of urine components. Note: For the requirements for quantitative analysis of urine biochemical components, see GB/T22576.4, for requirements for urine immunological analysis, see GB/T22576.5, and for requirements for urine microbiology testing, see GB/T22576.6.
