- This document stipulates the content of shale oil gathering, transportation and processing, water supply and water sources, general plans, public works and auxiliary facilities, modular design and relocation and reuse of skid-mounted modules. This document is applicable to the design of new construction, renovation and expansion projects of surface engineering projects in onshore shale oil fields, and other surface engineering construction projects in shale oil blocks shall be implemented accordingly.
