This document specifies the product model, usage conditions, technical requirements, tests, markings, labels and accompanying documents, as well as packaging, transportation and storage of evaporative cooling power transformers (hereinafter referred to as "transformers"). This document applies to transformers with voltage levels from 35kV to 220kV that use fluorocarbon insulating coolant (hereinafter referred to as "fluorocarbon liquid") as the insulation and cooling medium.
