This technical standard is specially formulated to guide the technical work on noise and vibration control in Shanghai municipal railway construction projects and to mitigate the impact of noise and vibration on environmentally sensitive targets caused by municipal railway operations. This standard is managed by the Shanghai Transportation Industry Association. China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., together with relevant units, formed a compilation group. After extensive investigation and research, it drew lessons from the practical experience in noise and vibration control of domestic high-speed railways, intercity railways and urban rail transit. , with reference to Shanghai, national and railway industry standards and other relevant standards, and was compiled based on extensive solicitation of opinions. The main contents of this standard include: general principles, terminology, basic provisions, noise control engineering design, vibration control engineering design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance. The technical requirements and methods for the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of railway noise and vibration control projects in Shanghai are stipulated.
