- This document describes a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of p-coumaric acid in sugarcane pomace. This document is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative determination of p-coumaric acid in sugarcane pomace. It can be used as a reference for the content detection of products containing p-coumaric acid. The limit of detection in this document is 26.8 mg/g, and the limit of quantification is 89.2 mg/g.
