- This section of IEC 835-3 deals with measurements carried out on service channel equipment utilizing SCPC-PSK (single-channel-per-carrier, phase-shift-keying) terminals. The measurements described are applicable to service channel equipment with voice inter-face. Measurements on service channel frequency control systems are not included.
