- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitment of electric silicone facial cleansers. This document applies to rechargeable or non-rechargeable electric silicone facial cleansers (hereinafter referred to as "facial cleansers") with a rated voltage not exceeding 24 V and a contact surface made of food-grade silicone.
