Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial alcohol. This standard applies to aqueous industrial alcohol made from grains, potatoes, and molasses through fermentation and distillation. Not suitable for consumption of alcohol.
