Scope
At the same temperature, using bacterial RNA as the starting template, M-MLV reverse transcriptase generates a double-stranded DNA of the target RNA, and then uses T7 RNA polymerase to use this DNA as the template to generate multiple (100 to 1000) RNA copies. ; Each RNA copy number then enters the next amplification cycle starting from reverse transcription; at the same time, after the optimized probe with fluorescent label specifically binds to these RNA copies, it opens the stem-loop structure, thereby generating fluorescence. According to the real-time fluorescence signal The appearance time and intensity of the test result can be determined by combining the positive control and negative control.
