This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, quality requirements, packaging, transportation and storage of optical grade aerospace polycarbonate materials. This document is applicable to the manufacturing and inspection of polycarbonate pellets for injection molding of aviation cockpit transparent parts or extrusion of aviation-grade polycarbonate sheets. It is also applicable to polycarbonate pellets with the same requirements.
