Scope

This specification specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, construction technology and construction acceptance standards for foamed warm-mix asphalt mixtures. Contents not covered by this specification should still comply with relevant standards and specifications promulgated by the state. This specification is applicable to new and reconstructed highway asphalt pavements constructed with foamed warm-mix asphalt mixture.
