Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsions for coatings. This standard applies to perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA)-free polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsions prepared by dispersion polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. Mainly used for non-stick coatings.
