- Scope
- This standard specifies the equipment requirements and measurement methods for flameless (graphite furnace) atomic absorption spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of some trace impurity elements for high-purity reagents, fine chemicals for the electronics industry and general reagents with stricter specifications by using the solution sampling method. The absolute detection limit of most elements can reach 10-10”～10-13g, and the detection concentration is 10-2～10-5μg/mL. This standard is not applicable to solid sampling.
