This document stipulates the overall principles of the technology for collaborative treatment of contaminated soil using ceramsite kilns, as well as the requirements for enterprise disposal capabilities, facilities and equipment, process management, operation technology, product quality, and summary reports. This document is applicable to the process of using high-temperature roasting in ceramsite kilns to co-dispose heavy metal-contaminated soil, organic matter-contaminated soil, composite contaminated soil and remediation soil resources to make ceramsite. This document does not apply to the resource utilization of radioactive contaminated soil and contaminated soil with hazardous leather properties.
