"Determination of Pesticide Additive Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry" takes fruits and vegetables as the research objects, and pesticide adjuvants that are frequently used and highly toxic in pesticides as the target objects. A combination of dispersive solid-phase extraction and purification is proposed. An analytical method for detecting the residues of 14 pesticide additives including toluene, xylene, and naphthalene in fruits and vegetables using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The establishment of this method provides a detection method for pesticide auxiliaries in fruits and vegetables. High-risk pesticide auxiliary residue data can be obtained to evaluate the use of high-risk harmful auxiliaries in market pesticides, guide the rational use of pesticide auxiliaries, and provide scientific supervision. Scientific and technological support ensures the ecological environment and the quality and safety of agricultural products.
