- This document specifies the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the determination of lead, arsenic, chromium and cadmium in feed. This document is applicable to the determination of lead, arsenic, chromium and cadmium in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, concentrate supplements, feed additive premixed feeds and feed raw materials. In this document, when the sample volume is 2g, the constant volume is 50mL, and the dilution factor is 20, the detection limit of lead and chromium is 0.05mg/kg, and the limit of quantitation is 0.1mg/kg; the detection limit of arsenic and cadmium is 0.01mg /kg, the limit of quantification is 0.05mg/kg.
