This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of epichlorohydrin by-product 1,2,3-trichloropropane. This document applies to 1,2,3-trichloropropane obtained by distillation and purification from by-products produced in the production of epichlorohydrin as raw materials, and is mainly used as raw material for industrial synthesis. Other 1,2,3-trichloropropane produced through distillation and purification of waste liquid containing 1,2,3-trichloropropane can also refer to this document.
