This standard specifies the evaluation of the comprehensive treatment level of waste kitchen oil and grease, including evaluation principles, evaluation timing, evaluation content, evaluation methods and other requirements. This standard is applicable to self-evaluation of the level of comprehensive treatment of waste kitchen oil and grease by kitchen waste oil recycling enterprises, and is also applicable to third-party evaluations.
