Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of arsenic, lead, cadmium, nickel and chromium in organic fertilizers using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of arsenic, lead, cadmium, nickel and chromium in organic fertilizers. The detection limits are: 0.03 mg/kg, 0.005 mg/kg, 0.02 mg/kg, 0.006 mg/kg, and 0.008 mg/kg.
