Scope

This standard specifies the key points of clinical diagnosis of duck (goose) and poultry type 1 paramyxovirus disease and the operating technical procedures of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for the differential diagnosis of highly virulent strains and low virulent strains.
