This standard specifies the definition, classification, requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of large-capacity packaged liquor. This standard uses sorghum and corn as the main raw materials, uses Daqu, bran koji, and Xiaoqu as saccharification fermentation agents, stainless steel cellars, troughs, and cement pools as fermentation vessels, and adopts traditional solid-state brewing techniques to produce liquor with a fragrant style.
