Scope

This document describes the principle of the permeability detection method for chemical impermeable graphite equipment, and specifies the test device and materials, samples, test procedures and test report. This document applies to the permeability testing of impermeable graphite equipment, not applicable to the permeability testing of impermeable graphite equipment towers and graphite equipment lined with graphite plates.
