Scope

This standard specifies the methylene blue spectrophotometric method for the determination of sulfide in soils and sediments. This standard applies to the determination of sulfide in soil and sediments. When the sampling amount is 20g, the detection limit of the method is 0.04mg/kg, and the lower determination limit is 0.16mg/kg.
