DB31/ 2011-2021 Local Food Safety Standard Hygienic Specification for Industrialized Production of Bean Sprouts This standard replaces DB31 / 2011-2012 Food Safety Local Standards Hygienic Specifications for Industrialized Bean Sprouts Production. This standard specifies the site selection and factory environment, factory buildings and workshops, facilities and equipment, sanitation management, food raw materials, food additives and food-related products, food safety control, inspection, storage and transportation of the production process, and product traceability for the industrial production of bean sprouts. Requirements related to recall management, training, management systems and personnel, records and document management. This standard applies to bean sprouts industrial production enterprises.
